Reschedule a meeting and its reminder in one request

When a meeting moves, the preparation task often needs to move too. Oriio can coordinate supported changes across Calendar and Reminders from a single request, while keeping each item in your existing Apple setup.

  1. Identify the related items

Name the meeting, preparation task, and date. If there are several similar items, provide the calendar or reminder list as well. Use a selected item as context when the screen supports it.

  2. Describe the desired outcome

Give the new meeting time and the preparation deadline. Specify which details should stay unchanged, such as the destination calendar or list. Include the time zone when it matters.

  3. Inspect every action result

Check both items after the request: the event time, the reminder due date, and their destinations. A request can contain several actions; do not infer that every action succeeded merely because one result appeared.

  4. Continue from the updated plan

The supported changes are saved to the original Apple destinations on your device. Open the updated items in Oriio or the corresponding Apple apps, and use Focus to see what is coming next.

A shared request is not an automatic scheduling rule

Oriio acts on the supported changes you request. Moving a meeting does not promise that every related task will automatically follow later. Name the relationships and changes you want each time, and check the completed results.

What to check before relying on the result

Calendar and Reminders access are required for their respective actions. AI features need connectivity and available usage. Supported actions and results can vary; a multi-action request is not a guarantee of all-or-nothing execution. Preview, restore, and undo depend on the action.

Common questions

Can one request change both an event and a reminder?

Yes. Oriio can coordinate several supported updates in one request. State the intended change for each item, then inspect each action result.

Will moving the meeting automatically move its task next time?

Do not assume an ongoing link or automatic rescheduling rule. Ask for the related changes you want and verify them after each request.

Where are the changes saved?

Supported calendar and reminder writes are applied on your device through Apple system permissions and saved to the relevant calendar account or reminder list.

Keep the Apple calendars and lists you already use.
